John Maxwell's Global Youth Initiative

The Challenge Facing Our Youth Is Real… But So Is the Opportunity

Today’s youth are navigating a world that’s more complex than ever before.

Confidence is under attack. Fear of failure is rising. Bullying, lack of motivation, and underdeveloped communication skills are holding too many young people back from becoming who they were created to be.

But here’s the truth:

We are not powerless.

As parents, educators, and leaders—we have a responsibility and an opportunity to step in, stand up, and lead.

Introducing a Movement That Changes Lives

Through the power and proven leadership principles of the John Maxwell Team, you and the young people in your life are invited to be part of something bigger than a program…

A global movement. A transformational experience. A call to action.

The Global Youth Initiative is designed to equip, inspire, and empower the next generation to lead themselves—and others—better.

What Youth Will Gain

This is more than an event. It’s a turning point.

Young people who participate will:

* Build confidence and develop a strong, positive self-image

* Learn how to respect themselves and others

* Strengthen communication and leadership skills

* Become a positive influence in their schools, homes, and communities

* Embrace failure as a stepping stone—learning how to fail forward toward success

Local Impact. Global Reach.

John Alston, along with certified coaches and leaders, will be hosting FREE, high-impact events in communities just like yours—designed specifically for youth ages 8–18.

Each experience is customized to meet the group's needs, ensuring relevance, engagement, and real-world application.

And this isn’t small.

Our mission: to impact over 500,000 young people around the world.

When It Happens

The Global Youth Initiative takes place twice each year— Every April and October—creating a wave of transformation that reaches across communities, cultures, and continents.

The Question Is Simple…

What would happen if the young people in your life truly believed in themselves?

What would change if they had the tools to lead, communicate, and grow with confidence?

Let’s not wait to find out. Let’s lead them there.
