The Masterclass is a structured educational program where John delivers focused curriculum on leadership frameworks, communication mastery, DISC behavioral insights, and emotional intelligence application. The Mastermind is a peer-driven cohort where leaders bring real challenges into the room, engage in hot seat coaching, and hold each other accountable with John facilitating. Both programs are led directly by John and include DISC behavioral integration. Some leaders start with the Masterclass and move into the Mastermind. Others join the Mastermind directly. The right fit depends on where you are and what you need most.
Both programs are designed for leaders who are already performing and want to reach the next level. This is not an entry-level introduction to leadership. John's Masterclass and Mastermind programs are built for executives, senior managers, directors, battalion chiefs, and organizational leaders serious about closing the gap between where their leadership is and where it needs to be.
Cohort size is intentionally limited to protect the quality of the experience. Small groups mean every participant gets real attention, real hot seat time, and real accountability from the group. The application process ensures every person in the room is serious, committed, and at the right level. Space is limited per cohort and fills on a first-come, first-served basis after applications are reviewed.
Every cohort member completes a DISC behavioral assessment before the program begins. The results become a shared language inside the cohort. John uses each member's DISC profile to customize coaching, identify communication gaps, and facilitate peer interactions throughout the entire program. DISC becomes a live tool, not a one-time report.
